- Immediate Account Ban & Prosecution: Any user, whether requester or donor, who attempts to solicit money or commercial exchange via BloodRadar will face permanent account termination and immediate reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- Zero Commission: BloodRadar charges zero platform fees, commissions, or brokerage for connecting donors with patients.

4. Hospital Blood Bank Role & Medical Disclaimer
BloodRadar is a technology platform that routes real-time communications. BloodRadar is NOT a blood bank, hospital, clinic, or medical service provider:
- Clinical Screening Required: All blood collections, medical suitability checks, cross-matching, and transfusion procedures must take place exclusively at licensed hospital blood banks under the supervision of qualified medical professionals.
- Mandatory Cross-Match: Patient families and medical personnel are solely responsible for conducting mandatory compatibility cross-matching and laboratory testing before any transfusion occurs.
- No Medical Liability: BloodRadar is not responsible or liable for any medical complications, infectious transmissions, misdiagnoses, delays in donor arrival, or hospital transfusion outcomes.
5. Location Services & 10km Broadcast Usage
BloodRadar utilizes on-demand location data to calculate 10km proximity geofencing. By requesting emergency assistance or enabling donor alerts, you consent to proximity calculation relative to the designated hospital location.
